MPO 2025 Long Range Transportation Plan
The Long Range Transportation Planning process is the cornerstone of the decision-making process that is used to guide the construction of transportation improvement projects that utilize federal and state transportation dollars.

The Transit Development Plan (TDP) is a five-year planning document that provides an overall assessment of the transit needs throughout Volusia County. The TDP also outlines VOTRAN's vision for public transportation in our community and establishes transit goals that are integrated with other adopted plans such as the Long Range Transportation Plan and local Comprehensive Plans.
